4. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping may vary.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rowanycosmetics.com.

5. Return and Exchanges Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition - we do not accept returns of used or tested items.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@rowanycosmetics.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • Refunds for Returns: You will be refunded the full amount of the items, minus a $5 handling fee to cover restocking. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. 

  • Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and used candles are not eligible for refunds.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Timing: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.

  • Procedure: To cancel an order, email support@rowanycosmetics.com with your order number.
