RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchanges Policy

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition - we do not accept returns of used or tested items.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@rowanycosmetics.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refunds for Returns: You will be refunded the full amount of the items, minus a $5 handling fee to cover restocking. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
